Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Warranty:


  1. Warranty Coverage:


M/s Ultrafresh Modular Solutions LTD (a Company registered under the provisions of the Company’s Act 1956), having its registered office at C-15, 1ST FLOOR, Mansarover Garden, New Delhi, Delhi 110015, And Head office at 3rd Floor, ION HOUSE, Dr. E Moses Road, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” which expression shall where the context so admits include its successors and assigns)


The Company is long engaged in carrying on the business of Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Modular furniture, Kitchen Vent hoods (Chimney), Hobs (Gas Stove), Kitchen Accessories, and other kitchen appliances (hereinafter referred to as “The Products” under its own technical expertise, know-how, brand name and style.


Ultrafresh Modular Solutions warrants to the original purchaser (“The Customer“) that the modular kitchen products purchased are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of 10 years* from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Below is a summary of our various products & their warranties.




Cabinet (Carcass):

  1. For cabinets made of one of the following materials Galvanised Steel (Mild Steel), Stainless Steel, BWP Plywood, or HDHMR we give a 10-year manufacturing warranty

However, it does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear.


  1. For cabinets made with Commercial Plywood, MDF, and Particle Board we give a 2-year manufacturing warranty.

However it does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear & tear.



  1. For Shutters made of Galvanised Steel (Mild Steel), Stainless Steel, BWP Plywood, HDHMR with a Powder coating/Laminate/Acrylic/Back Painted Glass/PU finish we offer a 10 year manufacturing warranty

Only Bends that are > 7mm will be attended by Ultrafresh. This needs to be informed to the company within the first 6 months of the installation or else it will not be considered under warranty.

For any rusting/powder coating peel off/edge banding peel off, Ultrafresh technician will try to resolve at site if informed within 3 days of its occurrence. If the issue cannot be rectified at the site, Ultrafresh will at its discretion decide the further course of action.

Breaking/cracks in any shutters are not covered under warranty.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear.


  1. For shutters made with Commercial Plywood, MDF, or Particle Board with any of our various finishes we give a 2-year manufacturing warranty.


Only Bends that are > 7mm will be attended by Ultrafresh. This needs to be informed to the company within the first 6 months of the installation or else it will not be considered under warranty.

Ultrafresh Hardware & Accessories:

  • We offer a 1-year manufacturing warranty on our own line of hardware & accessories.
  • However, Rusting is NOT covered under warranty.
  • Customers are advised to not use household cleaning agents, or chemical spray on any of our hardware/accessories.
  • It does NOT cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal physical wear & tear.


Third-Party Products:

In the course of undertaking the project, the company is required to provide various materials, equipment, appliances, and goods procured from third-party vendors, distributors, and manufacturers (“Third Party Products”). In connection with this, the company hereby assigns and transfers, to the maximum extent permitted, all warranties provided by the manufacturers and suppliers of the Third Party Products, along with any accompanying operating instructions, to the client. The warranties applicable to the Third Party Products are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by their respective manufacturers and suppliers, and they include the following:

Exceptions to the warranty coverage are subject to the specific terms and conditions provided by the respective manufacturers.

It is hereby clarified that in the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions contained herein, and the Third-Party warranties, the Third-Party warranties shall prevail.
This provision states that the Company Explicitly disclaims any warranty, whether express or implied, in relation to the Third Party Products and shall not be held liable for any issues or claims arising from them. Consequently, the client’s exclusive recourse concerning the Third-Party products lies with the respective third-party vendors and manufacturers.
Please be advised that with respect to any new product and/or service introduced by the company, the Third-Party warranties provided by the respective supplier of the new product and/or the company offering the services shall take precedence.


Ultrafresh merely provides the Third-Party Product in an as-is condition and shall not be made liable for claims against the use/ performance of these Third-Party Products.


Warranty Terms and Conditions:


  1. Product Description:

This warranty covers modular kitchen, modular wardrobe & other modular cabinet products including carcass, shutters, accessories, hardware, and other associated components.


  1. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

– Normal wear and tear

– Misuse, negligence, or accidents

– Improper installation or assembly not performed by the Ultrafresh technician

– Modifications, alterations, or repairs not authorised or undertaken by Ultrafresh Modular Solutions

– Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or moisture beyond recommended levels

– Damage caused by pests, water leaks, or acts of nature

– White Ants/Termites issues will not be considered under warranty

– Damage/decolorization/rusting caused by using any cleaning agent/chemicals

– Changes in the colour or appearance of wood, veneer, or other natural materials due to ageing

-Water leakage and seepage within the building structure and continuous dampness of the surface beyond:

-Degradation, discoloration, damage, fading, etc. in colour, grain, or texture of natural wood materials, laminates and other materials due to exposure to intensive or excessive light, sunlight, moisture or heat or other environmental factors.

-Damage or stains due to water leakage and/or seepage.

-Damage caused by any force majeure event (such as flooding, hurricane, earthquake, lightning, etc.), environmental conditions (such as air pollution, solvent exposure, mould, mildew etc.), or staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oils, sprays etc).

-No warranty is provided for surface damage and/or scratches related to acrylic, high-gloss laminate, duco and PU, powder coating and/or veneer.

-Discoloration of laminate is also not covered under the warranty policy.

-The kitchen has been moved from the original place of installation without prior approval of Ultrafresh


  1. Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:

– Contact Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Customer Service upon discovering the issue.

– Provide proof of purchase (original sales receipt or invoice) and a detailed description of the issue.

– Cooperate with company representatives for inspection and verification, as deemed necessary.

– If the product is deemed eligible for warranty coverage, Ultrafresh Modular Solutions will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective part or product.

– However, Ultrafresh does not undertake any responsibility for delays in a complaint resolution


  1. Limitations:
  • The sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of defective products, as determined by Ultrafresh Modular Solutions. The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
  • In no event shall Ultafresh be liable for any loss of revenue or profits, loss of use of equipment, or other consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use, installation, performance, or failure of its products.
  • Ultrafresh is not liable for any damages or physical injury arising out of improper use. modification, alteration, unauthorised use, or poor maintenance of the product. A maximum of 20% of the original invoice value will be borne by the company to repair/replace any damaged goods that need to be replaced subject to adequate proof of loss being made available at the time of the claim and Ultrafresh being given an opportunity to inspect the claim in accordance with clause (c ) above.
  • Any other cost is to be borne by solely the customer


  1. Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Products.


  1. Applicability:

This warranty is applicable only for kitchens sold by Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Ltd or its authorised dealers, and the kitchen installation has been supervised by Ultrafresh’s authorised representatives.


  1. Payment:

The warranty will not be valid until the kitchen has been paid in full. Customers must produce Ultrafresh or its authorised dealer’s sale invoice copy of the products to claim any warranty.


  1. Product:

When choosing a colour or finish, you must remember that samples/3d Rendered views only offer a general indication of the design, drawing, aesthetics, colour and Finish. There is no guarantee that the samples/3d rendered views are an exact replica and they may vary slightly from the kitchen or components installed.


  1. Warranty Registration:

Warranty registration is not required. However, it is mandatory that the Customer retains the original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.


  1. Governing Law:

This warranty document is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within Mumbai.

  1. Changes to Warranty Terms:

Ultrafresh Modular Solutions reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this warranty document at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer through Ultrafresh’s official website or other appropriate means.

By purchasing and/or using Ultrafresh Modular Solutions modular products, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty document.


  1. Service Charges:

Ultrafresh Modular Solutions will provide 1 free service visit if needed in the 1st year from the date of installation.

Any subsequent visits made after the 1st year will be on a chargeable basis.

The rate for the visit will be based on the prevalent standard market rates at the time of the visit and at the sole discretion of the company.

  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
  1. Orders and Payment
  • By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified amount for the selected products.
  • 50% Advance, 50% Balance before dispatch is MANDATORY & NON NEGOTIABLE
  • No Advance amount will be refunded

  • Orders are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • We aim to process and deliver orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and location. Our Standard delivery timeline is 5-7 Weeks unless specified otherwise in writing.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information will be your responsibility.
  • Risk of loss and damage to products pass to you upon delivery.

Proper care and maintenance are essential to keep your kitchen in good condition and extend its lifespan. Here’s a summary of the key do’s and don’ts:


  • Clean modular cabinets and shutters with a soft dry cloth at least once a week.
  • Use mild soap water to clean backsplash tiles to prevent bacteria formation.
  • Regularly clean handles to prevent the accumulation of cooking grime.
  • Clean and dry the kitchen sink area after washing dishes.
  • Clean kitchen appliances like hobs and chimneys to avoid clogging and maintain their functionality.
  • Ensure electrical sockets are away from the sink or wash area.


  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or strong scrubbers on cabinet doors and surfaces, as they can damage the modular surface and leave scratches.
  • Do not overload drawers beyond their weight capacity, as this can loosen their alignment and destabilise them.
  • Never store wet pots and pans in modular drawers and cabinets, as they can lead to dampness and bacterial growth.
  • Promptly clean food spillage from modular surfaces to prevent stains and chemical residues.

In addition to these specific tips, it’s important to follow the general cleaning guidelines such as regular dusting, avoiding moisture damage, and cleaning kitchen accessories. These practices will help keep your kitchen clean, hygienic, and looking its best for years to come.
